Getting to Bristol:

Flying to United Kingdom

There are at least two ways to fly into United Kingdom:

  • Bristol International (BRS)
  • London Heathrow (LHR)

Bristol International

Bristol Airport is located few miles south of the Bristol City Center with direct services to major international hubs. Further details can be found on the website VisitBristol. When you fly into BRS, to arrive at Bristol University you may take the A1 bus from the West bound Airport Terminal to Bristol Bus Station (Bay 8), which is about 45 mins away. From there onwards, you may take a taxi or walk to the campus (12 min walk).

London Heathrow

If you are flying into London Heathrow, you may take the National Express Bus (or the Heathrow Express Train - you may need to change trains) to Bristol, which will take you to Bristol Coach Station in about 2:15 hrs. From there you may take a taxi or walk to the campus (12 min walk).
