Registration Information for Attendees
- There are two types of registration: regular registration and student registration.
- Both types of registration will allow you to attend all conference and workshop sessions, the reception, the banquet, breakfasts, and coffee breaks; and receive a copy of the conference and the workshop proceedings.
- If you need an invitation letter, please check the "Invitation Letter" item in the registration form.
- Cancellation policy: A fee of $100 will be imposed for cancellations received before August 31; $300 before September 7. No cacellation will be accepted after September 7.
