The International Conference on Parallel Processing is celebrating its 35th year. To commemorate this event, a DVD will be issued containing all the Proceedings of this and the previous 34 conferences. Two back-to-back plenary panel sessions with a set of distinguished panelists are also being planned (during the afternoon of Wednesday, August 16th) to discuss "Parallel Processing - The First 35 Years and The Next 35 Years".

Scope


The conference provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government to present their latest research findings in any aspects of parallel and distributed computing. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:


Architecture                  O.S.&Resource Management

Cluster Computing             Parallel Algorithms and Applications
Compilers and Languages       Peer-to-Peer Technology

Network Services              Tools and Performance Analysis

Network-based/Grid            Computing Wireless and Mobile Computing

Systems Support for Parallel and Distributed Applications


Paper Submission

Paper submissions should be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format with a font size 10 pt or larger. Each paper is strictly limited to 8 pages in length. Submissions should represent original, substantive research results. We will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review for or has already been published (or accepted) for publication in another conference or journal venue. Conference Timeline


Paper Submisison: February 17, 2006 (Hard Deadline, No additional extension will be given)

Author Notification: April 10, 2006

Final Manuscript Due: May 26, 2006
