1 - REGISTRATIONS FEES

Package registration fees per person include:

• Access to the ICCP 2013 symposia
• Proceedings of ICCP 2013 symposia
• Lunch for the whole duration of the symposia, from 1 to 4 June,
• Coffee breaks
• Cruise and gala dinner at the restaurant l'Abbaye de Collonges

Rates shown a VAT of 19,6 %.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register as full registration.

Early Registration ( up to 25th august 2013)

• Full registration : 550€
• Student registration : 350€

Late Registration ( from august 26th to september 30th 2013):

• Full registration : 700€
• Student registration : 500€

On site Registration (October 1-4, payment only by credit card):

• Full registration : 800€
• Student registration : 600€

Options :

• Additional diner gala (for accompanying persons): 140€
• Additional pages for proceeding : 100€ (1 maximum additional page)

2 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

• Bon de commande : for french academics only (The registration with this mode of payment will be validated only on receipt of the "bon de commande")
  
• Credit card (secured) : we only accept Visa, Eurocard and Master cards
• In-House transfer is avalaible for Inria participants only (for any problem with this mode of payment please contact sophie.azzaro@inria.fr)
